Deposit Policy
A £35 non-refundable booking deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment.
This deposit will be deducted from the cost of your treatment on the day of your appointment.
Please note that, in accordance with our Terms & Conditions, your £35 deposit will be retained if you:
- Cancel your appointment with less than 24 hours' notice
- Do not attend your appointment (no-show)
- Arrive too late for your appointment for treatment to be carried out safely within the allocated appointment time
Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may result in future appointments being cancelled and booking privileges being withdrawn
By booking your appointment, you acknowledge and agree to these terms. Thank you for your understanding and for helping us protect appointment availability for all of our patients

Book in for a consultation where you will have an in-depth discussion
with our Aesthetics Prescribing Nurse Jillian on what treatments would suit you best.
A consultation with Jillian costs £35 and will be payable at time of booking.
This is fully redeemable against any treatment booked following your assessment.
If you choose not to proceed with a treatment, this fee covers the time and expert advice provided during the consultation.
